1. What if my package gets lost?

Please note we are not responsible for any packages lost or missing in the shipping process.

2. Are my orders checked before shipping?

All orders are checked for quality before being shipped out.

3. Will I get a tracking numer?

All domestic purchases are given a tracking number for shoppers to be able to track their package's delivery date.

4. How long does it normally take for my orders to ship?

2-3 business days is the processing time and does not include the shipping time.

5. How long does it take for my order to arrive?

3-5 business days is the shipping time and does not include processing time.

6. Do you process orders over the weekend?

We are closed Saturday and Sunday and start processing weekend orders on Monday in the order that they were received. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
